On the other hand, I was on the phone with Verizon for 2.5 hours to get them to stop charging me for our old Dartmoor address. 
With Dell, I had 1.5 hours of waiting time just so they could find our company warranty. 

Google, Apple, and NPR seem to understand the nature of consumer preference and efficient service moreso than most other companies. Even if your not a consumer of their product, they still care (or make it seem like they do) about your opinions.</description>
